Ready My Space – Return and Refund Policy

1. Used Furniture and Pricing

Ready My Space specializes in used and refurbished furniture, offering products at prices typically more than 75% lower than their original new retail prices, depending on the item and its condition.

As these are pre-owned products, minor scratches, marks, discolouration, and signs of wear may be present. Such imperfections are a normal possibility with used furniture.

2. Product Photos and Physical Inspection

We provide actual photographs of the specific product before delivery so customers can review its appearance and visible condition. Additional photos or videos can be provided upon request.

Customers are also welcome to visit the physical location where the product is stored and inspect it in person before arranging delivery, subject to prior appointment and availability.

Customers should carefully review the photos, ask questions about any concerns, or inspect the item physically before confirming their purchase.

3. Customer Approval

Delivery is arranged after the customer has reviewed the actual product photos or videos, or inspected the item physically, and agreed to its condition and final price.

By approving the product, the customer acknowledges its disclosed condition, including any visible or communicated defects, and accepts the item on that basis.

4. No Returns or Refunds for Approved Purchases

All approved purchases are considered final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or minor defects and signs of wear that were disclosed and accepted before delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product's size, colour, appearance, condition, and suitability meet their requirements before confirming the purchase.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law. Where a refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy is legally required, Ready My Space will comply with the applicable requirements.

6. Customer Acknowledgement

By confirming an order and approving the product after reviewing its photographs or videos, or after inspecting it physically, the customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to assess the item's condition, understand that it is pre-owned, accept the disclosed imperfections, and agree to the final price.
