BUYER POLICY TERMS & CONDITION

1) View and review the product physically at the seller location to ensure you are satisfied by the product and then purchase as Ready My Space is not responsible for any defect, returns or refund

2) Tabby charges apply on using Tabby payment including VAT

3) Delivery & assembly is recommeded & arranged by Ready My Space & not operated by Ready My Space. In case of delay, lost, theft, accident or any damage while transporting. The transporting company will be liable to pay compensation

4) Incase the buyer want to avail refurbish or repair service, we will be happy to recommend them to the team which will have an additional cost which will be communicated by the outsourced repair team

5) Incase the seller has sold the items without us informing & then the amount will refunded back to the buyer as per the payment gateway refund policy standard turnaround time.

6) Delivery turnaround time is 4-5 working days, as transport cost which we offer is really affordable and we schedule delivery on bulk , however, express delivery is an option for an additional fee.

7)Ready My Space will not be liable for any fake, forged or duplicate items sold by the seller. Buyers need to be extra cautious before buying and better to view the product physically before purchasing


SELLER POLICY TERMS & CONDITION

  • Ready My Space is an online buy & sell furniture portal & it does not own any of the listed items
  • By Ready My Space listing, we market & showcase the product online to enhance sales process from the seller side for a value, however, we do not guarantee the final sale.
  • Incase of an item listed & bought by the buyer online and the buyer is not satisfied with the product, Ready My Space does not hold accountable for the grievance & it has to be settled by the buyer & seller. Ready My Space may involve both the parties in communication to resolve the grievance, however, Ready My Space may not be responsible for any dispute advice, return, refund etc. Ready My Space should not be dragged in any legal scenario incase of any dispute as we are a platform and not the seller or manufacturer. So, it is instructed to mention clearly if any defect or damage with the item to avoid after sales inconvenience.
  • The one time listing fee is non-refundable, even if the item is sold by the seller themselves or any other platform and in any case of dispute arising from the buyer & seller differences. One time listing fee is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the company policy & revenue channel may be modified.
  • For warehousing & removal was recommend and arrange for third party contractors to carry out the job & any issue arisig out of the service has to be dealt directly by the owner of the goods & contractors, Ready My Space will not be liable for any issue arising out of the service provided by the warehouse and removal company.
  • Ready My Space will not be liable for any fake, forged or duplicate items sold by the seller. Buyers need to be extra cautious before buying and better to view the product physically before purchasing
  • Payout will be done to the seller once Ready My Space receives payout in the official account from the payment gateway, Incase the seller or buyer is in a rush they can execute the sale on Ready My Space payment done confirmation by the buyer, however, payout to the seller account will only be done once Ready My Space receives funds in official account and Ready My Space will not do the payout of their own. Seller is solely responsible to hold or give the items based on the situation. we as a company are solely responsible for a seamless customer service to our buyers and seller for our company reputation & will abide by all the laws and regulations. There is a turnaround time for the payment process & seller/buyer need to wait to complete standard payment turnaround time. For a super quick transaction, cash payment & self pick up is recommended & Ready My Space as a beginner will need some time to build a state of the art payment infrastructure

  • Once the listing fee is paid, only then within 6 hours from the payment time, provided mandatory information is given, Ready My Space will create listing and put it live on our website.
  • Ready My Space uses Facebook, Instagram & Google ads marketing to generate traffic to the website & conversion.
  • By sending us furniture picture to Ready My Space official social media channels, seller authorizes us to use the image and video for marketing purpose & has no objection, whatsoever, & in scenario Ready My Space is not liable for any dispute arising out of using the sent pictures by the seller.
  • To reimbursement to the seller, seller needs to provide UAE bank account number for payout processing out of the sold product,, in case if anyone is not comfortable for bank account transfer, we can transfer via exchange & exchange fee cost will be passed on to the seller
